Drop Off/Pick Up PDF Print E-mail
All parents must sign their children in and out each day when they are dropped off and picked up.  Please give us a head's up if your child will not be attending camp, coming late, being picked up early, or being picked up by an alternate chaffeur by making a note on the sign-in sheet or by calling our Camp Room.

Regular Drop Off and Pick Up

During Summer Camp, drop off and pick up are held at a designated location outdoors to make it convenient and easy for parents;  during Holiday camp, they are held in the designated Camp Room.  During Summer Camp, there are several sign-in clip boards so that all parents can sign in more quickly.  You do not have to sign in and out on the same clip board.

Regular drop-off is held 8:45-9:00am and pick-up is held 3:45-4:00pm.

Before and After Care Drop Off and PIck up

Before and After Care is available each week during Summer Camp;  for Holiday Camps, please check your session of interest for availability.

Before and After Care are held in the designated Camp Room. Upon arrival, please meet us in the Camp Room to sign your child(ren) in and out.  Before Care drop off is 7:30-8:45am;  After Care pick up is 4:00-6:00pm.  Please note that if you are late to After Care pick up, additional fees apply.

Late Drop Off and Early Pick Up

If you need to drop off late, please give us a call in the Camp Room to let us know.  Upon arrival, please meet us in the Camp Room for sign-in and we will accompany your child(ren) to his/her group.

If you need to pick up early, please make a note on our sign-in sheet or give us a call.  This will allow your child(ren) time to collect his/her belongings and be ready by the time you arrive. Please meet us in the Camp Room for sign-out.
